1. Pre-order Status Notifications
Please provide your email address in the form below to stay updated on the status of your pre-order. This is a separate email list different from our general email list that only gives information related to your pre-order(s). Failure to provide your email address below could possibly result in delayed or missed notifications regarding your pre-order status.
Pre-Order Placement Period: Friday, March 12, 2021 - Wednesday, March 31, 2021
Customers will be able to shop select pre-order styles on the website during this time period. Payment is due upon checkout. The pre-order placement period will last for 19 days. Promo codes are not applicable for pre-order styles.
Manufacturing Lead Time: 15 days
Immediately after the closing of the pre-order placement period, all orders will be processed and submitted for production. It is during this time period that all shoes will be manufactured. Please be advised that the lead time is an estimate. Customers will be notified of delays in lead time via the email address provided below.
Shipping Time: 25 - 30 days
Please allow 25 - 30 days after production for shoes to be shipped. Customers will be notified of delays in shipping time via the email address provided below.
All efforts will be made to get pre-orders out in a timely manner but please be advised that the total timeline for the pre-order process may take up to 60 days. Customers will receive email notifications updating them on the status of their pre-orders via the email address provided below.
Order cancellations can be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a request to cancel your order and be sure to include your order number. Order cancellation requests will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued back to the card on file (or original method of payment). Funds can take up to 10 business days to appear back on card depending on your card issuer's policies.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no signs of being worn (i.e scuff marks). Your item must also be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate the refund process, please send an email to email@example.com and be sure to include your order number. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you via email within 3 business days. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Funds can take up to 10 business days to appear back on card depending on your card issuer's policies.
