If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
We currently offer REFUNDS ONLY, NO EXCHANGES on returned items.
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate the refund process, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you via email within 3 business days.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) minus the initial shipping charges as shipping charges are nonrefundable.
You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items CANNOT be refunded.
To return your product, mail it to the return address provided to you on the the prepaid return label you received.
